I'm running because I care about our community.

Real work. Real results. Ward 3.

Ward 3 is more than where I live — it's where my family calls home. I'm not running because I'm a politician. I'm running because I believe our community deserves someone who will listen, work hard, and always put residents first.

Home is where the heart is — right here in Ajax.

I'm a college professor and a techie at heart — I've taught and mentored students in the tech field, helping them build the skills and confidence to launch their own careers. I've also worked with major companies as a technology professional, so I know what it takes to get real work done, not just talk about it.

But most of all, I'm a father, raising my daughter right here in Ajax. Like many of you, I've watched our neighbourhood grow, used our parks, and talked with neighbours about the challenges we face every day.

I'm running because I believe good leadership starts with listening. I want to bring that same spirit of teaching, mentorship, and empowering others to Ward 3 — showing up, working hard, and speaking up for residents every day.

What I'll work on for Ward 3

Ward 3 doesn't need empty promises. It needs someone willing to show up, work hard, and speak up for residents every day.

🚦

Safer Streets Start with Real Data

  • Identify Ward 3's worst intersections using actual collision and traffic data, and get them fixed first
  • Prioritize traffic-calming where the numbers show it's needed most
  • School crossings that get built, not just studied
02
🌊

Our Waterfront and Neighbourhood Parks Deserve Better

  • Protect and improve our 6 km waterfront
  • Keep the remaining shoreline priorities moving from plan to implementation
  • Fix the basics: bins, lighting and clean toilets
  • Push for increased bylaw enforcement patrols during evening hours in parks
  • Push to deliver planned waterfront improvements
  • Make our waterfront a reason to visit, not just pass through
03
💰

Spend Like It's Your Own Money

Property taxes provide 78.6% of the Town's operating revenue. Residents deserve to know they're getting value for every dollar.

  • No new spending without a plan for the infrastructure it needs
  • Grow non-tax revenue before asking taxpayers for more
  • Make full use of grants, development charges and other funding. 75% of the 2026 capital budget is funded from external sources
  • Every capital dollar has to earn its place

📣

You Shouldn't Have to Chase Your Councillor

  • 12 Ward 3 updates every year, one every month in writing, not just at election time
  • Direct WhatsApp line, always open and always answered
  • Regular office hours, not just Council meetings
